ManagerOS Inc. ("ManagerOS", "we", "our", or "us") operates the ManagerOS platform, an IT operations and management solution designed to help organizations manage devices, users, workflows, and IT services (the "Services").

3. Data Controller and Processor Roles

ManagerOS Inc. acts as:

  • Data Processor when processing Customer Data on behalf of customers using the Services.
  • Data Controller for personal data related to our own operations, including account management, billing, and website usage.

Customers using ManagerOS are the Data Controllers for the data they manage within the platform.
