ManagerOS Subprocessors
Last Updated: April 30, 2026
Overview
This page lists the subprocessors used by ManagerOS Inc. ("ManagerOS", "we", "our", or "us") to provide and support the ManagerOS platform (the "Services"). Subprocessors are third-party service providers that may process personal data on behalf of our customers.
ManagerOS operates primarily using its own proprietary software stack and engages a limited number of subprocessors only where necessary for infrastructure and AI capabilities.
Infrastructure & Hosting
ManagerOS utilizes cloud infrastructure providers to deliver the Services.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data Processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Cloud infrastructure, hosting, storage, networking, and content delivery | Customer data, application data, logs, backups | Customer-selected regions (including EU and other global regions) |
Customers may select their preferred AWS region for data residency. ManagerOS also supports on-premise deployments, where customers host the platform within their own infrastructure. In such cases, cloud infrastructure providers like AWS may not be used.
AI Processing Providers
ManagerOS may use third-party AI providers to power AI-assisted features (such as automation, recommendations, and insights), depending on customer configuration.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data Processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| OpenAI | AI processing and language model capabilities | Limited input data required to generate AI responses (as configured by the customer) | Global infrastructure (region depends on service configuration) |
| Google (Gemini) | AI processing and language model capabilities | Limited input data required to generate AI responses (as configured by the customer) | Global infrastructure (region depends on service configuration) |
Payment Processing
ManagerOS uses a third-party payment processor to manage billing and subscription services.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data Processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing, billing, and subscription management | Billing information, transaction details, customer names, and emails | Global (locations depend on customer/transaction origin) |
AI Data Usage and Training
ManagerOS does not permit the use of Customer Data to train third-party AI models. When using AI features powered by OpenAI or Google (Gemini), ManagerOS ensures that:
- Customer data submitted for AI processing is used only to generate responses.
- Data is not used to train or improve the underlying AI models.
- ManagerOS configures AI providers to operate in modes that do not use submitted data for training, where such controls are available.
- Data handling is subject to the applicable terms and data protection commitments of the provider.
Customers remain responsible for determining and controlling what data is submitted to AI features and for their compliance with applicable data protection obligations.
Customers may choose to use their own accounts with supported AI providers. In such cases, the processing of data is governed by the customer's agreement with the respective provider.
Customer Control and Configuration
ManagerOS provides customers with control over their data and deployment preferences, including:
- Whether AI features are enabled or disabled.
- What data is sent to AI providers.
- Deployment model (cloud or on-premise).
- Data residency (via AWS region selection, where applicable).
Subprocessor Changes
ManagerOS may update this list from time to time. Where required by applicable law or contractual obligations, we will provide notice of material changes.
Customers provide general authorization for the use of subprocessors listed on this page.
Data Protection and Safeguards
All subprocessors are required to:
- Process personal data only on documented instructions.
- Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (TOMs).
- Maintain confidentiality and security of data.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are used in accordance with the GDPR.
